The leaders of the DPR Representative centers in Italy expressed their support to the DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova. The military prosecutor’s office of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings against her and a number of other public and state persons of the DPR for participating in activities of a Special Committee for recording and collecting the evidences of war crimes of the Ukrainian authorities in Donbass.

Maurizio Marrone, Chairman of the DPR Representative center in Turin, noted with regret that despite the change of Ukraine’s President, reducing of military tension in Donbass has not yet occurred.

“Of course, this action by Kiev does not contribute to restoring peace, but on the contrary, it will be another provocation against Donbass. Taking into account the possible meeting in the Normandy format, the international community cannot pretend that it does not understand the meaning of  Kiev’s provocation. Obviously, this is necessary in order to accuse of terrorism the DPR Plenipotentiary in the Minsk negotiations, who clearly expresses the desire of the Republics to stop hostilities and resolve the conflict through diplomacy. "

Eliseo Bertolasi, the co-chair of the Turin center, and Palmarino Zoccatelli, the head of the Center in Verona, also supported the MFA Head.
