Today, 2 November, the 11th sitting of a Special Committee on recording and collecting the evidence of war crimes of the Ukrainian authorities in Donbass took place in the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In the course of a work reports were reviewed:
- on the number of formed cases on the killed children for the further transfer to the International Criminal Court;
- on the work accomplished on exit polls of the injured children;
- on the formation progress of cases of destruction and the materials provided by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the DPR (Kuibyshevsky district).
Members of the committee discussed the mechanism of providing representatives of the Public Commission access to the scene (crime scene) for inspection and recording the evidence; approved a plan of informing the population regarding the points of the collection of the crime facts of the Ukrainian authorities in Donbass and regarding the rules of conduct of civilians in the locations of shelling (scene of the crime) as well as the layout of information leaflet to clarify the order of citizens’ communications.
In the course of the sitting a proposal was made to create a single closed-registry program for rapid filling the base on the crime facts of the Ukrainian authorities. The proposal was unanimously supported by all members of a Special Committee.
