On August 09, the 21st sitting of a Special Committee on recording and collecting the evidence of war crimes of the Ukrainian authorities in Donbass took place in the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In the course of work a report was considered on the work done and exit-polls of relatives and witnesses on the facts of injuring and killing of children (66 families with killed children and 150 families with wounded children).
Also, a report on the formation of cases on destruction was considered. In particular, acts of inspections of social infrastructure and housing facilities damaged as a result of hostilities were provided:
- Budennovsky district, Donetsk: 96 acts for the years 2014-2017;
- Kievsky district, Donetsk: 654 acts for the years 2014-2017;
- Kuibyshevsky district, Donetsk: 542 acts for the years 2014-2015;
- Petrovsky district, Donetsk: 631 acts for the years 2014-2017;
- Dokuchaevsk: 183 acts for the years 2014-2017;
- Gorlovka: 3602 acts for the years 2014-2017;
- Novoazovsky district: 115 acts for the years 2014-2017.
The members of a Special Committee decided to start collecting materials confirming damage of housing facilities as a result of shelling in Kalininsky, Kirovsky, Petrovsky districts of Donetsk and in the city of Debaltsevo.
It was also decided to compare and update all databases on the dead and wounded children in the territory of the Republic, including databases of the Republican Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
