Sitting of a Special Committee № 23 (10 October 2017)

On October 10, the 23rd sitting of a Special Committee on recording and collecting the evidence of war crimes of the Ukrainian authorities in Donbass took place in the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

In the course of work a report was considered on the work done and exit-polls of relatives and witnesses on the facts of injuring and killing of children (60 families with killed children and 132 families with wounded children).

It was decided to start exit-polls on the wounded and killed of adults during the conflict in Donbass. Also, the final report on the formation of cases on destruction in the Donetsk People’s Republic was considered. At the moment, 7512 acts have been included into the single register on the examination of the social and housing facilities damaged as a result of military operations. Committee’s members decided to collect materials on destruction in the cities of Kirovskoe and Zhdanovka.

Committee’s members have considered new formats for informing Donbass residents about the work of the Special Committee. Also, a report on the distribution of information leaflets with the procedure explanation for applying to the Special Committee through the Minister of Transport, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, Ombudsman, Postal Service “Pochta Donbassa” was considered.

The next sitting is to take place on November 8.
