Sitting of a Special Committee № 28 (21 March 2018)

On March 21, the 28th sitting of a Special Committee on recording and collecting the evidence of war crimes of the Ukrainian authorities in Donbass took place in the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

In the course of work, the report was heart on the cases formation on destruction in the cities and districts of the Republic to the approved schedule. To date, the collection of acts of social and housing facilities damaged as a result of fighting has been started in the cities of Debaltsevo (231 acts for 2014-2017 years and 217 photo-proofs), Uglegorsk (113 acts for 2014-2015 years and 104 photo-proofs), Yasinovataya (13 acts so far), Starobeshevo and Starobeshevsky district (109 acts and 109 photo-proofs). Also requests of destruction’s provision were sent to the cities’ administrations of Zugres and Khartsyzsk.

In order to optimize the data collecting on wounded and dead civilians, as well as because of the disconnection of Donbass residents from the mobile network “Vodafone”, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy provided the Committee with data on 327 victims with their “Phoenix” numbers. Thus, the Committee decided to begin work on calling and collecting data by authorized members of the Committee on civilians who were wounded in the course of hostilities by the Ukrainian army.

As part of the plan to inform citizens about the activities of the Special Committee, mock-ups of information leaflets and outdoor boards were approved.
