DECREE
OF THE HEAD OF THE DONETSK PEOPLE`S REPUBLIC
“On formation of the Special Commission”
I`M DECREEING TO:
- Form the Special Commission on fixation and collecting of proves of Ukrainian authorities war crimes in Donbass (onwards – the Commission).
- Appoint DPR Acting Foreign Minister Natalya Nikonorova to be a chairman of the Commission.
- Members of the Commission:
Ekaterina Gubareva – Deputy of the People`s Council of the DPR.
Elena Nikitina – Acting Minister of information of the PDR.
Darya Morozova – Ombudsman of the DPR.
Eleonora Fedorenko – chief specialist of the methodical and legal children protection department of the DPR Head`s Administration.
- Include to the Commission representatives of the Ministry of state security, Ministry of internal affairs, General Prosecutor`s Office of the DPR.
- The decree is coming into force since the moment of its signing.
