J. – Is a constructive dialogue with representatives of Ukraine possible in principle?
N.N. – We insist on it and hope that such a dialogue can happen. From the very beginning we have been open to such dialogue and generally participated in this negotiation process for such organization of the direct dialogue between the conflict parties. Everything depends on political will, on the will of those, who give instructions to their negotiators. It means that before preparing for the next sitting in Minsk, various recommendations can be given to the Ukrainian representatives; therefore, as soon as our opponents have their political will to realize the documents signed in Minsk, to implement Package of Measures for settlement of the conflict, there will be an opportunity for a constructive dialogue in Minsk.
