For more than 4 years, the Republic of Belarus has been a state where the negotiation process is being carried out to resolve the Donbass conflict.
Immense respect is aroused by Mr. Lukashenko’s readiness to take an even more effective part in the course of Minsk process, if there is an urgent need. Nevertheless, it must be emphasized here that the OSCE and the Russian Federation are negotiating mediators in accordance with agreed and signed documentaries, and Ukraine itself, as the second party to the conflict, should take an active part in negotiations, and no progress in implementing the Minsk agreements is possible without the Kiev’s political will to fulfill its obligations under the Package of Measures.
