Yesterday, April 10, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced his resignation in his video address towards the people. As far back as in January 2015 the President of Czech Republic Miloš Zeman called Yatsenyuk «a prime-minister of war», stressing that the Head of the Ukrainian Government didn’t want the peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbass. During almost two years of his tenure, Arseniy Yatsenyuk intentionally blocked holding political reforms and adoption of the corresponding decisions aimed at the implementation of the Minsk Agreements.
Taking into account candidates under consideration as the Prime Minister, we don’t observe the real desire to settle the existing political crisis in Ukraine. Our position relating to personnel changes stays the same – whoever takes up a post in the future, he or she should implement the part of obligations on the settlement the conflict in Donbass.
