On September 11, Ukrainian armed forces fired twice the village near Trudovskaya mine. As a result of the first fire attack, a house-building deflagration occurred, to extinguish which a fire brigade consisting of six employees arrived. Despite the security guarantees provided by the JCCC Ukrainian side, the enemy’s armed formations opened fire on unarmed rescuers, injuring three people. To save one of them, the doctors had to amputate his arm.

The lack of a corresponding reaction of the OSCE participating countries to war crimes regularly committed by Ukrainian armed forces leads to impunity and a systematic violation of international humanitarian law. The glaring fact of military aggression is evident both in relation to the civilian population of Donbass, and in relation to rescuers risking their own lives.

While negotiators in the security group are working on reducing escalation on the demarcation line, Ukrainian armed groups commit war crimes with impunity for the five years.

We appeal to all OSCE participating states to end the military terror of peaceful Donbass - only your active position can influence the uncontrolled armed formations of Ukraine, which demonstrate with impunity the vicious practice of provocations and the chaos of radical groups that lead to tragedies.
