Today, on the 8th of January, 2015, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPR Alexander Kofman stated that the DPR condemned attacks on journalists of the French satirical newspaper «Charlie Hebdo», had been committed earlier in Paris and condoled with victims.
«Event happened in Paris is shocking. Journalists don`t have to perish neither in peacetime nor during war. The MFA of the DPR presents sincere condolences to the families of murdered during act of terror in Paris», - Mr. Kofman told.
The politician stressed that the publication of abusive cartoons for Muslims in the French newspaper was not a justification for act of terror commitment. On his opinion, such disagreements should be solved peacefully.
«It is necessary to come to the agreement even with those journalists who could insult feelings of thousands of Muslims. We don`t discharge this act of terror and condemn it strongly», the Head of the Foreign Policy Agency indicated.
Yesterday, according to the present information, 12 people were killed from the gunfire by unknown persons in the «Charlie Hebdo» newspaper office.
