The situation on the contact line of is increasingly aggravated – Kiev has intensified shelling from weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements. This is confirmed not only by the increase in the number of ceasefire violations, but also by the caliber of the weapons used.
According to the DPR Representative in the JCCC and in the negotiation process, over the past two months, in violation of all the agreements reached earlier, 166 82 mm mines were fired at the territory of the Republic, 120 mm mortars were fired 4 times, while 49 mines were fired. And these data do not even take into account the almost daily use of grenade launchers of various systems and small arms.
Unfortunately, today new facts of such violations have been recorded. As a result of morning shelling with the use of mortars with 120 mm caliber in the village of Leninsky, two Republic’s defender were shrapnel fatal wounded.
And this is not the first case of injury or death on the contact line since the signing of additional measures to strengthen and control the ceasefire, which were thwarted through the fault of the Ukrainian party after the refusal to interact within the coordination mechanism framework. On September 23 near the village of Dzerzhinskoe, a serviceman of the Republic was wounded by sniper fire. On October 29, when an explosive device was dropped from a UAV of the AFU in the area of the village of Naberezhnoe soldier was killed. On November 6, as a result of enemy fire in the village of Kashtanovoe two servicemen of the DPR People's Militia were killed. One of them was killed by the AFU sniper while trying to save his comrade wounded by mortar fire. On the morning of November 12, as a result of the shelling of the village of Aleksandrovka with the use of RPGs, two civilians were wounded – a boy born in 1999 and his grandfather.
We express our deep condolences to all the families and friends of the fallen heroes of the Republic and we also wish a speedy recovery to those who were injured as a result of the AFU shelling.
Representatives of the government and the military command of Ukraine are committing flagrant crimes. They are so accustomed to ignoring the obligations under the Minsk agreements that, apparently, they have already forgotten a number of paragraphs. We consider it necessary to remind Kiev that in accordance with paragraph 2 of the Package of measures, as well as the Addendum to this document regarding the withdrawal of tanks, as well as artillery guns with a caliber of up to 100 mm and mortars with a caliber of up to 120 mm, inclusive, the said weapons must be withdrawn from the contact line to a safe distance and should not be applied. Nevertheless, violations of this paragraph by the armed formations of Ukraine are confirmed in the daily reports of the OSCE SMM.
It is obvious that Kiev is fighting vilely, not only violating the Minsk agreements, all the ceasefire agreements reached in Minsk, openly disavowing measures to preserve "silence", but also generally neglecting any notions of humanity.

We hope that the OSCE SMM in Ukraine and its leader will take the most active position in order to end the shelling leading to the death of people as soon as possible. In connection with these facts, the current ceasefire is under threat of failure. We demand to proceed as quickly as possible with the approval of the updated package of measures, since Ukraine withdrew from the agreement of July 2020. This document, containing detailed parameters for the operation of the coordination mechanism of direct interaction at the JCCC level for verification and prevention of violations, if observed by both parties to the conflict, can really and effectively contribute to the resumption and maintenance of the ceasefire.
