Ataman Semen Boykov called on countrymen from Australia to refuse from the part of the Russian financing

Semen Boykov, the Ataman of Australian Embassy Department of Zabaikal Cossack Voisko (The Trans-Baikal Cossack Army), called on the New South Wales State Territorial Coordinating Council of Russian countrymen to refuse from the part of financing, allocated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation. He suggested sending these funds to the citizens of the DPR and the LPR.

During the meeting, one of the most interesting questions was the one concerning applications for grants, given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and by the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation for 2016. After the discussion, Semen Boykov called on to refuse from the part of financing, as none of the public Russian organizations in Australia has acute necessity in funds. Money, given by the Russian Government, are spent mostly on the holidays organization.

According to Semen Boykov, funds should be sent to help affected citizens of Donetsk and Luhansk.
