September 8, 2015, at the anniversary of Donbass Liberation Day from German-Nazi occupation, the DPR Foreign Minister A. Kofman visited film presentation of Donetsk artist Tatiana Ponomarenko-Leverash «Life Canvas» that took place in Central Exhibition Hall «Manezh» (Moscow, Russia).
Documentary film is a story about formation big project «Novorossia. Yuzovka. Future starts it the past», where artistic canvases «come to life» and those times heroes tell us about life of John Yuz, citizens of that period and its heritage. The history of Yuzovka formation is closely connected to nowadays events happening in Donbass.
Presentation was attended by the honored guests – Russian political activist Gennady Zyuganov, the USSR national artist, first deputy chairman of Russian State Duma on culture, the head of «Donbass community in Moscow» Yosif Kobzon, the DPR Minister of Culture Alexander Paretskiy.
In his welcoming speech, A. Kofman thanked everyone for supporting Donetsk People’s Republic and expressed hope that long-expected peace would come to Donetsk land.
After film presentation, honored guests of the event gave answers on all questions of media representatives.
