We, the participants of the videoconference devoted to Remembrance Day of the children-victims of war in Donbass,
Profoundly grieving over the numerous deaths and injuries of innocent children in Donbass from barbaric and unjustified artillery shelling by the armed formations of Ukraine,

Strongly condemning the strikes on the civilian population, the use of civilians as a “human shield”, the seizure of preschool and educational institutions for the deployment of military facilities, as well as other violations of international humanitarian law, which are the leading cause of death and injury of children in Donbass,

Proceeding from the fact that in accordance with international law, the war crimes of the Kiev regime, which, among other things, lead to victims among children, do not have a statute of limitations,

Stating the need to bring to justice all war criminals responsible for the deaths and injuries of children in Donbass,

Condemning the provision of lethal weapons and ammunition to Ukraine by foreign States, the criminal use of which leads to the death and injury of children in Donbass,

Noting that the international community, in virtue of the political situation, is limited to sufficient access to objective comprehensive information on statistics and causes of victims among children during the armed conflict in Donbass,

Call upon all States of the world and leading international organizations, including the United Nations and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe:
