Russia, Europe and the Middle East sent congratulatory messages to the Donetsk People's Republic

On May 11, political and public figures of the Russian Federation, as well as European and Middle Eastern states congratulated the DPR leadership and residents on the national holiday.

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, congratulating the DPR Head and residents, noted the importance of the common struggle that Donetsk and Russia wage. He stressed that by joint efforts the people of Donbass will be able to overcome all difficulties and get victory.

Also, the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Aisen Nikolaev congratulated residents of the Donetsk People's Republic. He noted the close historical ties between Donbass and Yakutia and expressed conviction that only through the joint efforts of fraternal peoples it will be possible to overcome the Nazism supporters.

The Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov also congratulated the DPR residents. He said that today the DPR People's Militia shoulder to shoulder with the Russian army liberates the Republic’s territory from the Nazis of the XXI century.

On behalf of the Lugansk People's Republic its Head Leonid Pasechnik delivered a congratulatory speech. Just like the Russian president he is convinced that by joint efforts the two fraternal Republics will be able to defeat Nazism and fascism in Ukraine.

On behalf of the people of South Ossetia President Anatoly Bibilov congratulated the Donetsk residents. He noted that despite the young age of the state, its residents have applied a lot of efforts to protect their homeland and freedom. 

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Dmitry Medoev sent a congratulatory message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Donetsk People's Republic Natalia Nikonorova on the occasion of the Republic Day.

In light of the active cooperation between the Donetsk People's Republic and Syria, a member of the central leadership of the Baath Party of the Syrian Arab Republic Mahdi Dahlallah, congratulating the DPR residents, stated that today it is necessary to unite and stand in solidarity before the aggression of NATO.

The chairman of the DPR Representative Center in the Hellenic Republic Andreas Zafeiris noted that the proclamation of the Donetsk People's Republic marked the end of Anglo-Saxon world domination.

Congratulations were sent also from Italy, from the head of the DPR Representative Center in Turin Eliseo Bertolasi and the head of the DPR Representative Center in Verona, President of the "Committee of Independent Veneto" Palmarino Zoccatelli. Political activist and trade unionist, member of the National Council of the Basic Unitary Confederation in the Field of transport Fabio Frati also joined the congratulations.

The French Republic congratulated the residents of Donetsk in the person of the founder of the DPR Representative Center in Marseille Hubert Fayard, as well as a political scientist and the West-East public organization president Nikola Mirkovich.

On behalf of the Kingdom of Belgium the residents of the Donetsk People's Republic were congratulated by the head of the Representative Center of the DPR Kris Roman. He expressed his full support for the special operation in Ukraine, since Ukraine is the source of fascism.

A member of the Berlin Parliament Gunnar Lindemann, who has repeatedly visited the Donetsk People's Republic on humanitarian visits, also joined the solemn congratulations on the occasion of the Republic Day celebration. And also former member of the Parliament of the Republic of Slovakia Peter Marcek, who expressed gratitude to the heroic feat of the Donetsk people fighting fascism in Ukraine.

Despite unstable situation on the territory of Donbass a correspondent of the independent media "HelmCast" Miodrag Zarkovich arrived in the capital of the DPR. From the center of Donetsk he addressed a welcoming speech to the people of the Donetsk People's Republic on the celebration of May 11.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its deep gratitude to the like-minded people and friends of the Donetsk People's Republic, who have been supporting the Republic and its residents in every possible way for the past eight years, and are also doing everything necessary to disseminate truthful information about what is happening in Donbass all over the world.
