Today, January 14 2016, a meeting of the representatives of France and Czech Republic dedicated to examining war crimes against Donbass people took place on the basis of the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting was attended by:
• the DPR Deputy Foreign Minister O. Parfinenko;
• the DPR Ombudsman D. Morozova;
• the DPR Advocates Council Chairman A. Zhigulin;
• lawyer V. Galakhov;
• Rеpresentatives of Francе Josy-Jean Bousquet and Jacques Clostermann;
• Reprеsentatives of the Czech Republic Zdenek Ondracek and Stanislaw Makovik.
While opening meeting, O. Parfinenko stressed the huge importance of foreign citizens` arrival to the DPR as they can see with their own eyes the consequences of Ukrainian army’s war crimes against civilians.
D. Morozova turned attention at intentional violation of the Minsk agreements` points by the Ukrainian side concerning war captives’ exchange. She underlined that the point is not only about the violation of human rights but about the real genocide of Donbass people.
The meeting was attended by the former war captives who first-hand experienced atrocities of imprisonment by the Ukrainian army. They told foreign guests about tortures and barbarities carried out by the Ukrainian army soldiers.
Present on the meeting advocates, representing the DPR Advocates Council gave the delegation members a package of documents proving the crimes committed by the Ukrainian army soldiers against Donbass citizens.
At the end of a meeting O. Parfinenko thanked representatives of France and CzechRepublic for a visit and readiness to wage joint judicial fight on the international scene in the name of peace coming on Donbass land.
