Yesterday, September 28, 2015, photo exhibition took place in Athens of killed in Donbass correspondent of INA «Russia today» Andrei Stenin. Organizers of photo exhibition called «Donbass, catacombs of XXI century» were F. Dostoevsky community in Greece, non-governmental movement «Alternative» and solidarity group «Save Donbass».
Originality and peculiarity of this event was in holding it in catacombs of Russian Ambassadorial Church of Holy Trinity. According to organizers` idea, photo exhibition holding in dark basements of old church would let visitors feel the atmosphere of photo works more thoroughly, which depict live in military Donetsk.
This idea is aimed to emphasize solidarity of Greek citizens with Donbass people who have to leave in the basements and cellars because of ongoing shelling of the Ukrainian army.
The DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to thank the initiators and organizers of this photo exhibition. We are sure these events have great power and significance in fight for informational blockade breakthrough and spreading true facts on happening in the DPR and LPR.
