Recently, the Ukrainian delegation has accumulated a lot of organizational problems, ranging from the "employment" of negotiators, ending with technical equipment.
So, within the framework of the last meeting of the Contact Group, the head of the Ukrainian delegation either did not consider it necessary to hear the answer of the representative of the Russian Federation to the question raised about ensuring access of the IAEA representatives to the territory of the Republics, or was unable to do so due to equipment defects.
We repeat the answer of Mr. Gryzlov especially for the representatives of the Ukrainian authorities: Regarding any objects on the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk, the IAEA representatives should contact Donetsk and Lugansk.
The Donetsk People's Republic fully agrees with this position and calls on the Ukrainian side to take care of the issue of sufficient technical equipment in the future in order to hear the answers to their questions.
And personally, we would advise Mr. Kravchuk, who asks "who should I listen to", to closely monitor the progress of the negotiation process and listen to the speakers, so as not to confuse the voices of the representatives of the delegations and not to create an information channel out of his own inattention after the negotiations.
